All custom-stitched orders are final once confirmed. Measurements and design details provided by the customer are their responsibility. Nisabiya is not liable for errors in measurements provided by the customer.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price agreed at time of order confirmation is final for that order.
Payment is accepted via UPI, bank transfer, and COD (Cash on Delivery) for eligible orders. Full payment or advance (as agreed) must be received before production begins.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics factors beyond our control. Nisabiya is not liable for delays caused by shipping partners (Shiprocket/courier companies).
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
