Since all our products are custom-stitched to your specific measurements and design requirements, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Each garment is made exclusively for you.
We will redo, repair, or exchange the garment at no additional cost in the following cases:
• Stitching defect or quality issue on our part
• Wrong measurements stitched (different from what you provided)
• Wrong color or fabric delivered
• Garment damaged during shipping
WhatsApp us at +91 98108 73810 within 48 hours of receiving your order. Send clear photos of the issue. Our team will review and respond within 24 hours.
For non-customized/ready-made items: Exchange is accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
For defective/incorrect orders, return shipping is covered by Nisabiya. For other exchanges, shipping cost is borne by the customer.
Refunds are processed only in cases of confirmed defects where replacement is not feasible. Refund is issued via original payment method within 5-7 working days after approval.
